During the Diagnosis & Needs Assessment phase, we conduct a thorough examination of your current situation. During the Problem Identification step in our consulting process, we, as consultants, work closely with our clients to define and articulate the specific issues or challenges that need attention within the organization. This step involves several key activities:

    • This includes data from interviews, surveys, and research.

  3. Prioritize:

    • Collaborate to prioritize problems based on significance, urgency, and impact.

    • Ask “why” multiple times to get to the root of the issues.

  5. Problem Definition:
